Structure and Design
The SIMREX X300C is a mini quadcopter drone that has a small, lightweight, and foldable design coupled with 4 colors you can choose from: red, blue, yellow, and white.
Its dimensions are 6.2″L x 4.1″W x 2.3″H inches and it weighs 230 grams. Eventhough this drone is very small, it is durable and can withstand minor bumps and crashes.
Since it is under the weight limit of the Federal Aviation Authority or FAA, registration is not needed for you to start operating this drone.
Moreover, it is supports the connection of VR glasses which will definitely improve your aerial experience (you need to buy VR glasses seperately).
Camera and Video Quality
SIMREX X300C has a decent WiFi FPV camera that you can further enjoy by connecting to its “SIMREX Zoomy” mobile app and then watching aerial moments in a live video feed.
Furthermore, its camera quality has a 720p video capture resolution with a video output resolution of 1280×720 Pixels. Still pretty good for a stunt drone and its price range.
However, if you are really looking forward to using this in photography and videography, I wouldn’t recommend it since the camera quality is not that great.
You can still get those long-craved aerial view selfies as long as you don’t get it too far from you.
Flight Performance
This drone has two modular batteries which provide up to 18 minutes of flight time. The battery fully charges within 1 hour however, it can only be charged through its original charger.
SIMREX X300C’s strong control flight range is only about 50 meters but it is coupled with a 6-axis gyro flight control system which enhances stability, improves wind resistance, maneuverability, and many more.
Additionally, this drone is capable of resisting small gusts but I don’t recommend it. The good thing is, it is highly capable of doing cool tricks.
If you connect this drone to its mobile app, “SIMREX Zoomy”, you will certainly enjoy the live video feed and control the drone through your mobile phone.
Another key point that amazes me, is how incredibly smooth it descends when the battery begins to die, this is an extra drone protection procedure considering its cheap price range.

All things considered, this drone has limited camera quality however, it does have impressive flight performance and a pretty sleek structure and design.
Due to this, it can be used for a variety of recreational activities such as acrobatics & stunts, skill building & learning, hobby flying, and close-range selfies.

It certainly doesn’t hold back when it comes to features and tricks it can perform such as 360° flips and tracjectory flight path.

Although, I hope that it can improve its charging capabilities since honestly, if you have kids around or traveling a lot, chargers aren’t lasting for a long time or there’s always a high chance of losing them.
