However, it only includes a single-axis gimbal which is not great for stabilized stills and videos (which I think a tradeoff you’ll get because its a highly waterproof drone and has a very strong bait release mechanism).
Flight Performance
The SwellPro Fisherman MAX drone comes with two cleverly designed batteries. Each of them provides up to 30 minutes of maximum flight time (no wind & load).
This drone is calibration-free in which I think is impressive since you can have more time flying around doing your stuff.
I highly recommend you connect your phone to the controller through scanning the QR code (so you can access its APP) because you can access more convenient features.
By the way, it uses Analog FPV system which uses analog radio frequencies to send video signals so its not great in areas like forests and buildings.
It has a controllable range of up to 1 mile/1.5 km (casting baits out into the ocean is now easy). The maximum image transmission distance is only about 0.7 miles/1200m.
Furthermore, Swell Pro Fisherman MAX drone can reach a maximum speed of 45 mph / 20 m/s (normal mode) and 22 mph / 10 m/s (GPS mode). It also has level 6 wind resistance.

Usage Tips and Recommendations
BEFORE EVERY FLIGHT:
- Make sure there are no damages on the propellers.
- The battery is firmly locked (locked the 4 latches on the top of the battery).
- The antennas are tightened (upwards when it needs to fly in high altitude and downwards if it needs to fly the surface of the ocean/water).
- All the payloads are firmly attached.
- The sealing flap over the USB port of the remote controller is closed
- The Micro SD card is inserted into the camera with the sealing flap closed.
- If you want the drone to float on the water, make sure to attach the 4 floating boards on each arms because it can’t float on its own.
- Make sure to remove the protection foam on the camera.
- Ensure that all toggles on the controller are switched up
AFTER EVERY FLIGHT
- Make sure to rinse your aircraft with freshwater to remove salt and sand (make sure that battery compartment is still sealed to avoid damage).
- Wipe the drone with clean, dry cloth before removing the battery.
